Responsibilities
At Postman, I focus on product design for the Postman Public API Network, particularly enhancing the API publisher experience. I lead system design efforts by developing information architecture diagrams, user journeys, wireframes, and user stories. These are later turned into high-fidelity designs with attention to visual design, and copy.
I provide leadership by mentoring junior designers, managing design programs, and assisting in design recruitment to build a strong team.
Highlights
Led the transition from a “just in time” design practice to a more proactive, user-focused approach. This shift enabled the creation of a user-centric roadmap informed by insights from customer-facing teams.
Led the work establishing an information architecture and navigation model that accommodates new lines of business under the Postman umbrella, ensuring scalability and future growth.
Shipped the first features to ensure that the Postman security posture can scale for a growing enterprise business.

At Spotify, I played a key role in enhancing the Developer Experience (PDX) by creating assets for system design, crafting information architecture diagrams, mapping user journeys, and developing wireframes and user stories. I then used the system design as a base for high-fidelity designs that encompassed visual elements, copy, animations, and functional prototypes.
Additionally, I provided leadership by mentoring junior designers, managing design programs, and participating in design recruitment to build a strong and capable team.
Highlights
Successfully shipped the first commercial projects for Spotify Backstage, including commercial Plugins, Soundcheck self-serve, and Soundcheck reporting.
Introduced an effective design sprint model to a large product area, enabling regular and on-schedule shipments.
Implemented several enterprise design patterns into the design system, allowing other designers to create and manage creation and reporting projects more efficiently.

At Opentrons, I focused on product design for the robotics division, specifically enhancing the desktop app. I was responsible for system design, which included developing information architecture diagrams, user journeys, wireframes, and user stories. These assets would then serve as a base for high-fidelity designs, including visual design, copy, animations, and functional prototypes.
I also provided design leadership by mentoring junior designers, managing design programs, and participating in design recruitment.

Successfully convinced the company to shift from a “just in time” design approach to a more forward-facing strategy, enabling us to gather user insights and build a user-centric roadmap.
Quickly consolidated the company’s offerings from four separate apps into a single, mobile-first design that became the foundation for the team’s roadmap.

Highlights
As the sole designer for LinkedIn's Developer Solutions, I ideated, designed, and shipped every feature on the site, including a prioritized overhaul of the IA and content area.
Led efforts for the website tracking suite on Campaign Manager, resulting in a 46% increase in feature adoption over four months.

Responsibilities
At Art.com, I was responsible for UX design for both web and iOS e-commerce platforms. My role involved creating prototypes, including wireframes, mocks, and functional prototypes. Additionally, I conducted design research through unmoderated user testing to inform design decisions.
Highlights
Designed and shipped two iOS e-commerce apps: SwitchArt for print subscriptions and the Art.com x Bed Bath & Beyond in-store retail app. SwitchArt was featured in the App Store at the time of its release.
